If they're plushies, can you use those vacuum sealing bags to help cut down on space? The ones from the infomercials where you can supposedly "cut your storage space in half"?
Otherwise, I would look into freight companies that help businesses deliver booths and merchandise to trades, and then ship your products that way. I wish I knew of some names to provide, but I'm not familiar with any.
